CNC MACHINING
Our machining department is equipped with both CNC lathe and CNC milling capabilities, allowing us to produce precision components with tight tolerances and consistent quality. From simple turned parts to complex milled components, we can efficiently handle a wide range of materials and production volumes. LASER CUTTING (FIBER AND TUBE)
Our 6,000-watt fiber laser delivers fast, precise cutting on a wide range of materials, including steel up to 1-1/4” thick. Combined with our tube laser capabilities, handling material up to 6” in diameter. We provide accurate, efficient cutting for both flat and tubular components.
PRESS BRAKE & SAWING
Our 220-ton CNC press brake delivers precise, consistent forming for a wide range of materials, with the capacity to bend parts up to 12 feet long. Paired with our sawing capabilities for accurate material sizing, we ensure clean cuts and exact bends that meet your specifications for both prototype and production runs.
WELDING
Our welding department specializes in high-quality fabrication using mild steel, delivering strong, consistent welds across a wide range of components and assemblies. With multiple welding stations and experienced operators, we are equipped to handle everything from small parts to large-scale production runs while maintaining strict quality standards.
Solidworks and Fusion CAD
Our CAD department uses Solidworks, and occasionally Fusion 360 to bring practical, real-world experience to every project. We specialize in creating manufacturable designs and turning concepts into production-ready parts and assemblies. Whether starting from a rough idea, a sketch, or an existing design, we can develop detailed CAD models and drawings that are optimized for efficient fabrication.
We work closely with our customers to refine designs, improve manufacturability, and ensure a smooth transition from concept to finished product.
POWDER COATING
Our in-house powder coating department provides a durable, high-quality finish designed to protect and enhance your parts. We handle everything from surface preparation to final coating, ensuring strong adhesion and a consistent, professional appearance across every batch.

ASSEMBLY & SHIPPING
Our assembly and shipping department ensures every product is built, checked, and prepared for delivery with care. We handle final assembly with a focus on fit, function, and consistency, making sure each product meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility.
Once complete, orders are carefully packaged and organized for efficient, reliable shipping. Whether it’s a single unit or a large production order, we are equipped to get products out the door quickly and delivered safely to our customers.
